Hi friends! ✨ For Day 3 of “12 Days of Fitbliss,” our theme is Favorite Glute Exercise! 🍑🍑🍑 Don’t get me wrong, I love squats, deads, etc...but lunges (bodyweight & otherwise ) are my definite fave. They make me immediately sore in the best way, they work more than just da booty at once, and I love coaching people through how to lunge properly and prevent knee/shin variances that can lead to injury. 🤗 What’s your favorite booty blasting movement or workout? 💪🏽 Today’s workout was sooooo shiiiiittttyyyy, I’ll be posting that nasty thang later tonight. 😷😨😪 Until then, have a great evening fit family!
