A much better day today, felt nice and productive! ☺️ Felt really bloated and gross this morning so really needed to have a day of being good! Breakfast was bran flakes with banana and a sprinkle of dried fruit Tea was sausage casserole with veg and my homemade roast potatoes (which were delicious and healthy! ) 😋 Pudding was yogurt and some fruit Snacks were a fibre one bar which I tried for the first time and was not disappointed ☺️ #healthyme #healthyeating #healthyfood #healthyliving #healthylifestyle #healthandfitness #instafood #fitness #fitnotskinny #weightloss #weightlossjourney #icandothis #thisgirlcan
